Kathy was a close friend and neighbor, as was her future husband Scott, during our school days. We have remained friends and kept in touch throughout the years. Kathy was a force for good and could "move mountains." She remained positive and smiling throughout a most challenging few months with brain cancer. I miss her, but cherish the memories.
